Chris began his journey in 2002, working for a custom home builder and quickly fell in love with real estate. In 2007, he purchased his first investment flip property, igniting his passion even further.

In 2014, Chris added a real estate license to his repertoire, allowing him to streamline the buying and selling process while discovering his passion for helping others on their real estate journeys. Always striving to expand his expertise, he obtained a residential builder license in 2020. This additional qualification enables him to assist clients in constructing their custom dream homes and supports investors in building much-needed multi-unit properties, both of which are currently in low supply.
